I visited the WPC office today for meet with lutfur rahman. Unfortunately, my experience wasn’t very pleasant. The person I met behaved in a very bossy and unwelcoming manner, which made the interaction uncomfortable. I hope the management looks into improving staff behaviour and ensures visitors are treated with more respect and courtesy in the future.
