Initially the contact was very good and Kellie was very helpful. However, over the next few weeks there has been no contact at all. Repeated messages and emails have just been ignored and we have no idea what’s going on. Not even a courtesy email to say sorry things are delayed. Leaving customers in the dark like this is completely unacceptable so I would recommend using a different mortgage advisor who actually cares about its customers and takes the time to speak with you. Very poor service

I can’t recommend Kellie more highly, she answered my constant questions and made the whole process of being a first time buyer and years later re-mortgaging so easy. Helps that’s she’s a super nice person too :) thanks again Kellie.

Kellie was excellent from start to completion . She explained the mortgage process and was on hand to answer my sometimes random questions. She also knew when to chase up a solicitor query just to speed things up.

Kellie helped us secure a mortgage for our first house. She helped us get a mortgage in principle when initially making the offer on the house, and talked through the different stages of the house buying process. When it came to us getting a mortgage she explained the different aspects to us clearly so we understood each bit of the mortgage application, such as what the different fees were and when to pay them etc. Kellie helped us get a mortgage that suits our needs, and was friendly and professional throughout.
