Excellent. Torn meniscus in left knee recovery. I have seen Chloe once a month for six months to assist with healing after my knee op in Jan 24 left me with residual issues. Chloe has been fantastic & I am much improved, she knows exactly what the problems were & prescribed exercises to rectify them. Highly recommend Chloe & the well organised clinic.
Ryan was professional knowledgeable and offered valid advice plus exercises to help with my recovery I’m very pleased as the exercises are definitely helping with my Lisfranc injury thank you Ryan
Love these classes. Small classes which in turn means more one on one time if needed. Not like any other plates class I've been too. Instructors and so professional and know there stuff.
