Ron Smith of Wootton Bassett roofing first came to view our roof on May 26th 2023. A very pleasant and polite chap clearly well versed in roofing. At the time of the visit he suggested a formal investigation of our roof leak would be a few weeks due to a holiday and heavy workload. We took this at face value. Having exchanged several emails since to which the reply was always “we are very busy, we hope to get to you in 2 to 3 weeks”, we have had no further contact since last assurances were made for a mid June attendance.
