We employed Freddy Woolner (Woolner Roofing "Specialists" Ltd) to repair and re-cover our garage flat roof which was leaking around the stack pipe. He left us with more leaks than when he started and didn't return to fix them despite our many pleas. Then 3 weeks later Storm Bert hit us leaving our garage completely flooded so we were forced to employ and pay another roofer to do the job properly.
