Dr Neville always takes time to listen to my concerns. She always offers advice and provides me with a treatment plan and when necessary, quickly refers me to see a specialist. I've never had an issue getting an appointment and all staff are very friendly

Been registered here for 3 years or so, and been in a handful of times, maybe less. I have to say, I've never come across a doctor who has absolutely no interest for their patients wants and/or needs, and has the arrogance to have an astonishing level of uncompassionate, self absorbed self importance, as Doctor Neville. That's before I even go into the incompetence I've personally experienced from Doctor Neville who put down the wrong foot that needed an X-Ray?
