This company seems to be the "in house" legal team for conveyancing when dealing with SmoothSale, so therefore I had no choice but to use them during the sale of my mother's home. Be prepared to do a lot of chasing and progressing yourself in order to get a sale through, as was my case - it was hard work to be honest and I have sold/purchased several properties in the past, so I do know the difference between a good law firm and a bad one! I recently purchased my first property and was looked after by Tracey and Kerry. Tracey was amazing and even responded to my late night emails!
