How can a doctor cancel your repeat prescription for no reason whatsoever without informing you? I had to get in contact with the Hospital The emergency respiration care unit to get my medication sent thank you to James Cook Hospital got this sorted within an hour shame on you Woodside surgery putting peoples lives at risk. Dr Cheema initially told me my daughter didn't have the infection I suspected but said she would do urine test if i so wished, which came back positive! This therefore a referral to paediatrics, i had to chase this up several times as the first sample had been misplaced and receptionist had deleted the urgent message. Receptionist kept sending us away with the wrong urine sample tube despite us clearly stating the one we needed. worst doctors ive ever had you cant get past the mouthy receptionist who seems to think shes a doctor every time i ring for information on my medication she seems to think she can lecture me instead of answering simple questions avoid like the plague
Have never seen a gp since I arrive at this gp office my meds have never been given on time and I fell this office should be closed down as they have not got a thing right makeing me idler than I all ready am I'm disgusted
