Reception staff and doctors incredibly unhelpful, ignorant and incompetent. Stroke referral not submitted "lost". The doctor didn't even want to have a look at hospital notes and even said it was was ok for my father to drive in 6 to 8 weeks. Uncaring and dangerous.
