Actually I have read the reviews and I don't think they've very fair, yes its difficult to get through in the phone but I've never been turned away when I have got through, I find it better to leave it till about 9.15. I never have found the staff to be rude, yes they are firm but god knows they have to be! To all the people complaining about the attitude of the reception staff would ask that they check their own manner as I have heard first hand how these staff get spoken to, I for one have found them to be nothing but help... read more
