I've been really happy with this firm. I moved into a new house that had a few problems which they sorted out for me. Graham and his team are all exceptionally nice and really know their stuff. They respond quickly to enquires and then call you to keep you up to date. Just really efficient and great customer service.

Very professional and work carried out on time as promised. Used for a boiler service, boiler repair and installation of smart heating system and I would highly recommend them.
Our initial enquiry to replace an old back boiler was quickly responded to, with a visit by Graham to advise on a suitable replacement and its location. A reasonable quote was quickly confirmed by email. The work was delayed due to Covid isolations by both parties, but Graham quickly agreed new dates in January 2022, to suit us. As well as fitting the new boiler, they removed the old boiler, storage tanks in the loft and airing cupboard, and accessible redundant pipework, they even moved the CO sensor.
