Linda was thee most amazing doula. I can’t thank her enough! Her support and care in the lead up to my birth was above and beyond. Her knowledge is amazing! We absoluted loved our experience of Hypnobirthing. Linda is very informative and extremely compassionate. It was wonderful being part of a group and meeting other pregnant couples. The medical profession focuses on the mummy, so good to do something birth related that focused on us as a couple and developing into a family. The exercises were really helpful to keep the birth calm. An amazing thing to do to bond with your baby. We highly recommend Hypnobirthing.
Hypnobirthing with Linda has been truly a magical experience. The course was very informative and well delivered. We found our sessions to be personalised to our needs. We also enjoyed Linda's hospitality especially her homemade delicious treat. We would highly recommend doing Hypnobirthing with Linda.
Both my partner & I gained so much knowledge from Linda’s course. Linda has a natural way with couples which puts you at ease and encourages you to ask questions so you leave the course feeling fully prepared. I feel fully confident with the breathing techniques and affirmations and have the accompanying MP3s which have been fantastic in the latter weeks of pregnancy.
