I had my blood done by Zarina today, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. She was incredibly gentle, patient, and reassuring throughout the entire process. I really appreciated that she didn’t rush me — she took the time to make sure I was comfortable and calm, which made a big difference. Her warm and professional manner helped ease my nerves, and the procedure. She has an amazing technique — I barely felt a thing! I truly can’t thank her enough. She’s a real credit to the surgery. Thank you Zarina!

Reception staff incredibly rude, told my Wife to ‘stop talking and just book through the app’ it is unacceptable to be spoken to in such a rude manner and is very quickly putting me off using this surgery in the future. Abject lack of professionalism and a swift overhaul of customer service training is required.

Really reached the last straw now with this surgery, and it used to be so different in the years prior to Covid. My daughter has a painful ear infection and was trying to see or speak to a Doctor today, her day off work. She had been prescribed the entry level, ineffectual ear drops and was struggling at work on top of her other conditions. Response was too.late to be seen today and although the receptionist was apologetic, it is not good enough. I’ve been happy with my care so far. Not had to wait ages for appointments, and GPs have been particularly accommodating to see my daughter the same day where they can. Helpful and polite on the phone too. Thank you!
