I have never had any major issues with this surgery. I have been here for many years. I recently used the online form to submit my issues and it was a very easy process. I was called back the following morning by the doctor. Nurse Marie is very kind and easy to speak to. The waiting room has a relaxing atmosphere. The reception team are usually very helpful and friendly. The doctors can seem a bit stern at times but they do help you with your issues. I have been registered with Woodlands Surgery for more than three years, and their staff has always been very professional and have provided excellent medical service. They are always helpful in arranging appointments as needed.
Receptionist on desk is very rude.
Had a really difficult couple of weeks that required fast reviews with doctors. Could always get an appointment on the day. The reception team were always super helpful and friendly. The doctors really listened to what I had to said and took my concerns on board and referred me quickly and appropriately. Would recommend. Have been with this practice for nearly 10 years and can see some great changes have been made in the last 5 to make this practice more effective.
Whole family have Been with this surgery for over 5 years. Never had a problem getting an appointment. Doctor Inayat, ACP Raj and Nurse Marie are all fantastic. 👍👍👍 Kapil
