Fred from Woodlands Teak is a diamond. I contacted him to chase up some replacement chairs, and he organised for me to pick them up within a week. Please support small businesses like Woodlands who do their best to provide a great personal service when competing against much bigger and greedier rivals.
I ordered a full teak table, chair, parasol and cushions on 29 August 2022. Delivery on 2 September 2022 but the chair cushions were missing. It is now 7 months later - I have written to Joanna at Woodlands 6 times and had a number of calls, but still waiting on the cushions which is really disappointing after the initial good service.
We have been left disappointed with the service we received from Woodlands after they have failed to replace a faulty chair and a parasol. After several conversations, they repeatedly said that they would arrange delivery soon and now they have just stopped acknowledging any messages from us. This has been going on for months now.
