Staff are lovely, friendly and relaxed with their residents. No one is forced into a routine. Residents are allowed to be who they are. Cant thank the staff enough for caring for a very important lady!

My 86yr old dad came here summer 2021 and it is his 3rd care home. He has nothing but praise for the staff and the care he receives here. As a family it is a relief to see the change in him and to hear him being content. Today we're going shopping to buy him more clothes due to the weight he's putting back in. The previous home he was in, he lost so much weight and claimed the night staff were abusive to him and the other residents.
