The staff at Woodlake Downs went above and beyond in accommodating me as a disabled senior into the perfect unit! When my initial one became unavailable on my move-in date (unfortunately two days before my scheduled move in) they stepped up in a big way and made a disabled accessibility unit available to me. I couldn't be happier and plan to stay here for the foreseeable future.

Great neighborhood having been living in this area for over 10 years.
I have lived in Raleigh for over 20 years. I have rented from various wonderful places, but this place was the most horrible living hell. Misty was the manager and she was the worst human being that I have ever met. The rent was cheap and the place was badly run-down, but I made my choice to live there. I was working a great job at IBM. Then I got very sick. Misty saw me get away taken by the ambulance and they tried to evict me for a bogus reason. They didnt have a leg to stand on and my attorney was happy to take the case.... read more
