I've always have a great experience at this surgery. The receptionists are always helpful. Doctors are fantastic - always have smile on their face and genuinely try to help. A big thanks to Anam and Weqas for going extra mile. I see them both regularly for different things and they are consistently brilliant.
On multiple occasions I have struggled to get help or advice from the reception staff. No empathy or problem solving skills. It takes an age to get through to make and appointment on the phone. The phonelines are closed at lunch time making it very hard to contact the surgery. I have had it on multiple occasions where I have had to be the go between between specialists and the surgery trying to speak in medical terms and ask for things that I don't understand as the staff at Woodhouse will not help. Ferry poor to receptionist were very rude encorporative and generally a poor standard
I went for a cervical smear which is very important. On entry to the room the nurse who was seeing me. Was cold and had an attitude before I'd even taken my coat off. I mentioned a few things before the procedure. But she wasn't listening and talked over me. She then went to get a so called chaperone. I explained I have a very painful condition on both my legs & plates either side of my left ankle. making it a bit more difficult. I couldn't move them as far apart.
