Since the Medivet takeover they've been closed for about a year meaning we had to use their Chertsey branch. We used to really like the Woodham Lane vets but difficulty in sourcing alternative vaccines for our cat (allergic reaction) since the takeover has seemed to remove the personal care and flexibility of an independent practice. The new procurement rules forced on the lovely staff caused us to leave and change vets. Real shame.
