My husband recently received care from Woodhall in his last few weeks of life at home. The first day we had a visit from head office to discuss his care needs also what was best for us. We found the staff to be Very professional and punctual also friendly and most importantly gentle and caring. Would definitely recommend this company. A big Thank you to all staff concerned. Carers are untrained, rude, unprofessional and rush off before their allocated time is up. Company is taking on more clients than they can handle. Carers come in complaining about the pressure of doing back-to-back calls. They arrive late all the time, despite my mother paying for her care package. The office staff are useless, they turn a blind eye to clients' complaints. We are so impressed by Woodhall Care Services in only a short time! The pre- care assessment by Faaria was done thoroughly and sympathetically and the help she gave with medication management was much appreciated. Thank you, Faaria! I have been with this agency for just under nine years and it used to be excellent, I had recommended it. They have become too large with an irresponsible middle-managers known as 'Senior Carers'. The allocation of carers is chaotic and messing up schedules. They have demanded a hoist that was only used for a couple of weeks. The items I had to throw away (to make room for it) and the associated costs came to £2000. Due to that hoist they were instructed to send two people.
