Without the help of Woodgreen I don't know if my dog would've been able to have the treatment he needed after a disruption to personal circumstances at the time. I'm so thankful and the team were so kind, non judgemental, understanding and so supportive throughout. I finally felt helped given my situation. They didn't just simply say we can't help because I wasn't on social security. They understand how working people face disruptions too which had a massive impact on the treatment my dog received. We came here with my 3 year old daughter, followed the signs for the welcome center. There was nobody at the reception in the welcome centre, and as we were progressing inside the bigger room of the reception (still felt like a part of the reception), three people rushed towards us and said that no public is allowed there, we are filming etc. And I had a feeling that we're not welcome at all. I have the Greatest respect for for everyone one at Woodgreen my Shih TzuBilly got ill I contacted them an the went above and Beyond to help me Billy got really ill and eventually had to let go of him and they were Fantastic so much so that I became a Supporter by making a monthly Donation I can’t thank them enough for all that they done for our Beautiful Boy Billy ❤️❤️❤️✖️✖️✖️

Hi got rusty about 5 weeks ago he's remarkable intelligent dog i hop we are giving him a good life, he has improved are life's and improved my health and my weight love him to bits good and bad and the staff are always ther to help thank you
