Horrible bank. They allow things to come out even when you are negative... because of them letting things come out. Then they charge you for everything they allowed to come out when you didn't have the funds to begin with. I had somethings on auto pay that I had forgotten about and they let everything come out even when I was already in the red. This is the most incompetent bank I have ever dealt with! Every week I have to dispute something which means I have to go to a branch then wait 7 days to get my money back. If it only takes you minutes to take it out of my account it should only take minutes to correct. Also when you call customer service they lie and tell you the issue will be resolved in 24 hours but it isn't. Horrible bank that scams their loyal customers out of their hard earned money. I have been with this bank for 5 years. I had a direct debit rejected bc at the time I did not have the available funds to cover the charge. Ok that's fine but what isn't fine is they still charged me a $32 NSF fee even though they rejected the payment! So you mean to tell me that they think the deserve $32 of my money and didnt even cover the payment?!?! I deposited 20k at woodforest and my money was manipulated inside the branch, how ever they can change the balance they did...I thought I was loosing my mind but money that was manipulated was taken.

I go to the Princeton Indiana branch every Wednesday to deposit my paycheck for the last month they have been closed early so I can't deposit my paycheck I have to go to the customer service desk at Walmart and they charge$ 4.00 I'm very disappointed in this branch and I have a reoccurring charge from Amazon prime for 14.99 that is not mine that they can't seem to fix if something doesn't change soon I'll have to close my account and do business elsewhere

I just recently switched to this bank. I deposited my paycheck thru mobile deposit. I was expecting my funds to be available the next business day like they state. When I checked my account my funds are still not available. I call customer service and they tell me. They said since my account is less than 30 days old. They are holding my funds for 10 days.
