While enquiring into dental care care here I witnessed someone who I assume was the manager talking down to the reception staff in an extremely demeaning and derogatory manner. I decided because of this exchange that I would find another practice. I hope that the young lady is okay. Seems like a toxic environment.
Jessica is an excellent dentist, very patient and definitely listens to her patients needs. We have 3 family members registered with her. Also, all the assistants; Kataryna and the hygienists are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this dentist clinic; the Management team running it are very good too.
Today I visited the hygienist before having a 6 month check up. I have to admit my teeth really felt good after having them cleaned and checked. A painless procedure that is so refreshing afterwards. Stephanie is extremely professional offering advice and cleaning of teeth and gums, which I have found detrimental as part of dental heath. Jane rogers
