Very disappointing. Initial impression was good: visited showroom and was helped by a man who I think loves LVT flooring more than any other human alive - so enthusiastic. Booked a measure up appointment. The owner attended and measured up, but recommended he come out again once my kitchen had been ripped out so he could check the subfloor was level.
