If I could give 0 I would, anima is always "too busy" to take requests and there are never any appointments available. When you phone the reception team they tell you to book online with anima which is infuriating. That being said, everyone there is majority lovely, aside from the man (when I managed to get an appointment), where presented with back pain where he told me to "buy a donut cushion, it won't help but come back in 6 weeks". Awful surgery, poor service to vulnerable patients
Awful, I’ve done prescriptions many times with them and I’ve never got my prescription done
I just wanted to pass on my compliments for nurse Retty. She has seen me and my son 3 times in the last few months for his vaccines and every time I have been really impressed - she has been very knowledgeable in all areas, professional and also really friendly. She’s always running to time and greets us with a warm and cheerful smile. Many thanks
Would not recommend. Terrible communication , they use an online system called anima, which as far as I can see is a chat bot style system that does not responded to the questions properly. The surgery shut this system off each day, meaning you have to wait till the following day for a chance to respond. I have tried to speak to staff, however those that are able to help don’t seem to be in public facing roles.
