Poor communication to renters. I enquired about a property and had no message back via emailed, then called twice and was told I would be contacted soon regarding a viewing. 2 weeks went by with no contact and then I saw property was taken off the market on Rightmove (which is completely fine but) some communication on this would of been great rather than being left in the dark.
Since Claudia took over the management of our property we have had great communication, comprehensive statements and repairs have been carried out quickly. I would definitely recommend her.
