I write this review after watching a close member of my family try time and again to get an appointment at this practice. If I could leave a review in the minus numbers, I would. It is utterly impossible to get an urgent GP appointment at this practice. I appreciate that the reception staff have their hands tied with what they can offer, as they can't offer what they don't have. GP was friendly and got exactly what I needed, some queues and difficulties booking appointments but bloods and prescriptions are sent across quickly and efficiently
Used them for 17 yrs unfortunately. They prescribed me contraceptives for a HSD/PCOS and i still dont have a diagnosis. Gps and receptionist both pretty rude. Good job guys!
Seen a lovely nurse today - sorry I forgot her name she made me feel at ease and helped me straight away
