Atrocious customer service , been in contact with these people for months and their response has always been evasive, with inconsistent responses across different staff members. You don't get to speak to the lettings team directly , and are at the mercy of the front desk telling you they'll get back to you. (news flash, they don't) I've been told that I just haven't caught them at a good time. Comfortable and nice experience
The apartment has been withholding my deposit for nearly half a year. It still hasn't been returned to me. Every time I contact the reception, I only receive evasive responses.
We love our apartment. Since we moved in, we have felt at home here and the other residents we have met seem so friendly. Really happy we chose to live here. Having such a nice gym onsite is also really handy. It has all the equipment you could need.
Quite a nice place to live. Friendly staff. Wish they still did apartment cleans without residents leaving the apartments.
