Good timber merchants and very helpful service
Ordered some plywood to my house and the driver refused to deliver it. He was very rude about it and when I called customer service they were of no help either

I do not often DIY and recently decided to do a project myself, which started with planning, some research and learning in the process. Having a reputable family timber business nearby, I firstly paid them a visit, but had to deal with a number of personalities which was not as open and welcoming as I imagined)) the quote for timber was also a third higher in the end.
