Don't touch with a bargepole. Agreed a high price with this company to fit engineered wood flooring in our house, thinking he'd be doing a job worth the price. Stupidly, we paid him the final amount before he'd finished - he said he had a problem with cash flow so we agreed to help him by paying in full. When we tried to get in touch with him to finish the job he never returned our calls. Such a shame was so promising with work in progress that we viewed. Looked really good, should have gone back when it was finished! Not a finisher, didnt provide the right product, left us to fix up his stuff up, held back £100 to encourage a return visit to finish properly but still did not turn up despite numerous promises. It has left a bad taste and ruined the enjoyment of our new floor.
Wasted visit as no showroom as website seemed to indicate. This is just a residential address.
