Faulty Parts Unfortunately, I had a very poor experience with Woodchurch Cars. Even when presented with clear evidence of his fault, the dealer did not attempt to refund me for the costs incurred. After purchasing the car, I discovered several issues within a few days: - The tyres were poorly repaired (never informed about the tyres status). - The lights were not working. - The light switch needed to be replaced. - The key control was not functioning. Richard was very helpful and polite, gave me plenty of time to view the car And let me take it for a test drive on my own. Bought a stunning A3, the car had a minor common issue shortly after purchasing. It was only a sensor(previous owner was an older gentleman so my driving may have caused this) Richard assured me it was all covered and got it sorted at his own expense no questions asked. Couldn’t Recommend more.
Nothing but problems here, shocking customer service, unhelpful and bad manners. Avoid at all cost.
