Asked Dieter to help yesterday as our client dropped a hammer on a wooden floor. He not only visited within a day but fixed it on the spot. Great service and a lovely chap too!!
Dieter revamped my yellowing oak dining room table and display unit and matched it perfectly to my new wood floors. His quote for the cost and time needed to do the work were accurate, he was punctual and there was no dust or mess in the house while he worked and he was very respectful of the property. Dieter clearly knows his wood and is very skilled in what he does. He is also a very interesting person and great company to have around. Thank you Dieter!
Dieter did a great job at fixing the back of our dining room chair that one of our boys had well and truly busted. He took great care to carefully match the varnish colour and when he dropped it off also touched up various scuffs and scratches the whole set has endured over the years. We’re really pleased and will definitely be using Wood by Design again.
