Following several years at this practice where I was always happy with the service and treatment I had my first appointment with the replacement practice. The dentist was absolutely fine but reception was very poor. No customer service skill whatsoever and when I asked who I could go to for an implant recommended by the dentist (which could not be done here) I was told to search Google!! This feels like a drop in standards to me overall but the actual dentistry was fine
