We had our final session of our private hypnobirthing course today, and we can’t thank Jo enough! Jo is extremely friendly and knowledgeable when it comes to the topics surrounding birth and made us feel totally at ease. I completed Jo’s three week pregnancy course, it gave me the relaxation I needed and allowed me to use this to implement techniques on my own in preparation for birth. Great course to get started with before moving on the hypnobirthing or simply stick with the relaxation course.

I attended the amazing relaxation classes. I only made it to 2 out of the 3 sessions as my little boy made a surprise arrival 10 weeks early! I went into early labour unexpectedly which was very stressful and I wasn’t allowed any strong pain relief but I used the breathing techniques and other methods Jo demonstrated in our relaxation classes and it really helped me through. We would highly recommend Jo after attending a full day hypnobirthing course ahead of the birth of our second child. She made us feel very relaxed and calm by providing appropriate skills and knowledge and access to lots of useful resources. The course was informal and provided an opportunity to meet other parents to be and ask questions. Thank you.

Couldn't recommend Jo's hypnobirthing course enough. Has changed my perspective on childbirth. She gave us lots of information about choices and how to support your partner during labour. I am now confident that I can relay our wishes during birth so my partner can stay focused and relaxed.
