Dr. Coates was able to deliver my daughter at 33 weeks in a very scary & emergency c-section. We are very thankful for her as things could have went really bad, fast. My tiny 4lb8oz peanut is now a thriving 20lb, 9 month old! While I’m not a regular patient of hers (she was on call), I will be soon since Dr. Bradley is retiring.
Will never return. I have been having issues since September that have gradually gotten much worse since January, and all they have done is put me on medications that don't work. My appointment was at 3:30 and I still had not been seen by 5 so I walked out and lo and behold there they are standing around and can hear them laughing. Wasted my husband's money and time. If you care about your health find somewhere else.
I switched doctors during my pregnancy 3-4 times. Going with Dr Coats was my best decision. She was AWESOME in every way possible & made my delivery smooth, quick & she kept me calm and relaxed while talking me through contractions and pushing my beautiful baby boy out. I had no choice but to go COMPLETELY natural (vaginal with no epidural or pain meds) & she made it almost like cake work! Thank you Dr Coats I really appreciate you!

The ladies in this office are amazing! I can't say enough nice things about the entire office staff! They are always polite and take the time to answer my questions. When my water broke at 32 weeks, Dr Niesen took every precaution and necessary action needed to make sure that I delivered a healthy baby girl at 34 weeks! She was very patient and took all my concerns into consideration when making decisions. I see Dr. Coates. She and the staff have always been so kind and helpful. Both offices are clean and well kept.I won’t go anywhere else!
This place is amazing I love all the staff they never make u feel Uncomfortable they make u feel like family. They care about you and not just if your having a baby but you and your overall health as a person.
