Had a terrible experience in the ER on Tuesday night. The wait time was over 4 hours. Been here 7 years and visited this ER 4 times and never waited half this time, no matter time of day or night. Doctor was yawning, telling me nothing was wrong and sent me back to my primary care physician. She had a torn muscle in her arm, but he had found nothing. Very sad with this level of care.

I Would give a 0 rating to the er department staff that was there this morning about 11am, The rude comments they made not only by the nurse but the doctor as well it's a shame you go due to a miscarriage and than get treated like crap!
Everytime I go there, I receive outstanding service. No complaints thus far. To God Be The Glory.
Excellent experience!!! Optometry staff were friendly and very attentive. The doctors explained everything that was happening and what to expect at my next visit.
If i could give it a negative i would! Not clean, rude staff, i had to get the nurse to check on me when I came in I was sitting in the room for an hour and no one had came to my bedside to help me at all or to even introduce themselves. The doctor was nice and the front desk people were nice I waited in the waiting room for almost 4 hours and there was only 2 people ahead of me. I been going to Womack for the last 8 years and because of the staff at Coumadin clinic I'm still here to write about it.
I finally got a new medical group that seems to care. And, I think that I'll finally receive the correct care this time. But the verdict is still out for now.
FANTASTIC! They fixed my hand and kept me laughing the whole night :)
