"ONE OF THE WORST HOSPITAL I HAVE EVER WENT TO" I came hospital due to severe abdomen cramp at 1400 after waiting of almost 1 hr one of them came for check-in. They jst gave me Tylenol and asked for urine specimen.. After 3 hours of wait they called me for Dr check-up and again I was just waiting for them.. After 4 and half hr of long wait instead of getting treatment I returned from hospital without treatment and signing the consent form for that they will not be responsible for my life. The service of the hospital is too p... read more
Worst emergency room visit I have ever experienced in my entire life. No one knew what was going on. I had to explain my symptoms to 4-5 different people, Doctor didn't even know why they gave me x-rays. Super unorganized. Left with zero answers. Doctor was very rude and arrogant.

Tricare reassigned us to a Military Clinic off post run by the Hospital. I have not seen a Military Doctor in over 15 years due to previous experiences I vowed to never use Womack or the Clinics again. We have been seeing civilian Physicians. I messaged Womack Army Medical Center Patient Relations about my concerns and care for my Family. They responded immediately and addressed all concerns I had. Well we had our first appointment yesterday with their Facility on Raeford Road called Fayetteville Home it was a wonderful expe... read more
The ER department is very nice and quick but when it comes to setting up an appointment for an OB, it's ridiculous! Why do I have to wait 2-3 weeks to make an appointment and then I got to wait another 2 weeks just for a 15 minute check up? And then for an ultrasound, every time I've called, the time is always at night. Sorry I don't have a sitter for my son since kids aren't allowed at the appointments and my husband has been working nights lately. Whatever happened to 8-5 appointments? Absolutely ridiculous.
Literally waited for over a hour and half trying to just leave a message for anyone so I can get my test results from three weeks ago and find out my next steps. Finally hung up after sitting on hold for a hour and 45 minutes. How are you supposed to get patient care when you can never get someone on the phone there?!
I just delivered my son at Womack one week ago and I can honestly say every single person I saw treated me so so well. My nurse, Michelle, (didn't catch her last name) was absolutely amazing to me and definitely help make my experience more memorable. Wish everyone could experience what I experienced here.
