First encounter with Womack Hospital took place last night and the ER was very busy and it took four hours but the last time I was at the ER outside of any installation it took well over six. The staff was very knowledgeable and the Charge Nurse come out to let everyone know that they were very busy due to critical patients and that if anyone's condition changed to please see the front desk. Wish I could rate zero! This is by far worst medical service ever witnessed, especially pertaining to children! Instead of renovation bs that they claim will improve service they should hire actual medical staff and management! Worst service ever, I will be sure to complain
Our kid was born there. They forgot to send off for our kids ssn so we had to go through a bunch of crap to get it. Horrible experience!!!!!!!
