2North needs to get there staff retrained on bedside manner. I was Just in there for my Multiple Sclerosis. I pleaded to get discharged until I finally started to walk out with IV and everything. Finally a nurse said oh wait I have your discharge papers right here. Oh really bc they were ready 3 hours ago according to the paperwork. When I first had to come to Womack before I knew I had MS when I woke up paralyzed on left side I was admitted to 4South and EVERyONE from the nurses, doctors to Even the maintenance team were ab... read more
My daughter (16) was seen at the ER tonight. The wait wasn't long at all and the staff was friendly. Two (One male, one female - I didn't catch their names or titles, I apologize) helped my daughter relax while she was getting blood drawn by talking to her about things she enjoyed and asking questions about her shirt, necklace, etc. Dr. Johnson was a wealth of knowledge, very warm and inviting, and he had my daughter feeling better before we even left with a speedy treatment. Our RN Suzette was great to work with and helped ... read more
Worst hospital ever would not recommend unless you want to wait in a lobby full of unprofessional people. Full trash bins. Unorganized stuff all over reception desk the spc that was sticking my wife could not get a vein stuck in her idk how many times to draw blood did more damage than what we went for also the reception desk priority is receiving the frickin delivery of food than taking info from sick patients
Mrs Dean at the infusion clinic is wonderful! And so is the rest of the staff. They are always friendly and kind. Mrs Dean always makes sure I am comfortable and have the things I need. My infusions usually last 3 hours so it's nice to have someone who is as caring as the staff here.
This place is horrible....I've been at ER for almost 4 hours and they still can't tell me how long it's going to be, they don't care about the patients only themselves....they're chatting and laughing standing around instead of doing their job.
I want to think the staff at Womack they have gave me more years on my life bye removing my cancer, a great staff and great hospital my family owes you a lot for what you have done for me. Once again thank you so much
Awesome, awesome, awesome. From the ER staff docs and nurses to the staff on 4S -- they all took great care of my 83 year old mom over the course of 3 days. I was tremendously pleased with her care and their genuine concern for her (and my) well-being during her hospitalization. Very grateful.
