Surgery went very well. OR/PreOP nurses are awesome along with the anesthesia folks. My surgeon was fantastic and I am home and not in as much pain as I thought I would be. Great job as usual. My surgery was delayed a bit but the nurse took care of my headache and made me as comfortable as possible.
We have had exceptional care in labor and delivery, mother baby unit, and on the pediatric floor. We never had any issues with unfriendly personnel.
I had OB appointments scheduled and was set to deliver my child this week only to be told I could no longer be seen there because I have tricare reserve select. I'm now scrambling to find somewhere to deliver my baby
They went above and beyond...made my stay comfortable.. was very thorough and checked on me and treated me as if I did matter. And for that I do appreciate Dr. Wheeler and the nurses on duty.. Your service and potential to ensure my stay was very much appreciated. Thanks Mashone Merchant
I had an spot at 13:00 st the Acute care clinic. The nurse took my daughter temperature and it was 102.8. The nurse left us in the room for almost 20 mins and no provider Came in. I had to flag down a Major in the hall to complain. Finally a different nurse came in to ask what's wrong. I told her my daughter temperature was high and we were left here. Finally got medicine but awful experience!
4 hours in the ER waiting room and still waiting and told i cant leave might as well start digging a gravesite waiting to be seen
