My son had a tonsillectomy yesterday at Womack. The care and compassion the staff showed our whole family was incredible. They made sure that every precaution was taken to care for my son. He recently had Rhabdo which caused his care plan to change for his surgery, but his team made sure nothing was over looked and they were focused on patient safety the whole time. I can't thank them enough for all the kindness they showed us and for keeping my baby safe and healthy. May God bless them all and in all that they do.
Unfortunately, I had a horrible experience at the Acute Care clinic at Womack. I will submit an evaluation in the ICE comment system. Hopefully, my story will improve the relations between the Army Medical system and clients.
I was treated by the staff at Womack for a Gallbladder removal. It was very professional and I am very pleased at how the whole process came together. I am a veteran, so this was a very pleasant and distinct departure from the usual run around at the VA. It would be a great thing to continue this shared resource program between the Regular Army and the Veterans Administration.
I have been stationed on Fort Bragg, NC for the most part of my 34 years in the Army and I have never had one bad experience at Womack. My kids were born on Womack and they were treated at Womack all the way to their young adulthood. Now I'm retired and I still get the same Execellent treatment.
This is my second visit to the Vaccine portion at Womack and both experiences are equally awful. The nurse working the front desk is rude and instead of checking people in she just keeps repeating "it's going to be awhile guys" and walks away. Both times I have waited over 30 minutes just to be acknowledged. I can assure you it's not because this waiting room is over flowing because it's not. I have been using Womack and it's outlying clinics for nearly 12 years now, and I have almost always had good experiences. Even in the Emergency Room, with one exception but that was cleared up via ICE. Keep up the good work.

I had surgery on Tuesday and the entire staff from the PACU, SDU and 2 North were phenomenal. A big special thank you to Ashley, Sattin, Taylor, Chris and Keea! The whole team was dedicated to the Womack AMC Vision - One Team, Quality Care, & Quality Caring!
