Most likely not taking my twin boys back to this hospital. Every time we go the half diagnose then. Back in March we went and they told us that they just had ear infections, at their follow up appointment their doctor told us that had ear infections and upper respiratory infections (the ER failed to mention that one!) Again, last night I took them "oh it's just an ear infection" but I've noticed their showing signs of having possible strep throat. Red tonsils & red spots on the roof of their mouths. Awesome in patient service. Called it Hotel 12 because everyone was so friendly and attentive. Nurses kept me laughing for 5 days. I hate being in the hospital, but this stay Was tolerable. Thanks to team on the 4th floor
The emergency department took really good care of me with the situation I had. Everyone was very understanding and listened to my concerns. Very pleased with my doctor and nurse.
We just had our baby boy and I couldn't be more pleased with the labor and delivery unit and the mother baby unit. All staff were incredibly professional and caring the entire time!
The pharmacy was closed.Had to go to the refill center. Much easier anyway
Appointments are all over the place, been lied to numerous times, don't know anything about my unborn baby. I just want to be seen and know if we are ok. my appointment yesterday was a complete repeat as my appointment last month. you are wasting people's time when we could progress to further appointments with more valuable information. and the repeat of labs over and over is ridiculous! get your paperwork right the 1st time and I wouldn't have to do labs 3 times of the same shit! and please for the love of God approve the ... read more
The male doctor we had didn't know anything about young girls at all.
Very impressed with the service they are providing. Everyone is so friendly and supportive.
