She's completely taken the stress out of securing a mortgage, has consistently been on the ball, and has even kept a check on the progress of our sale and subsequent purchase. We worked with Sophie Rogers on a relatively complex re-mortgage of 2 properties at the same time which became a drawn out affair (through no fault of hers) but Sophie was incredibly patient throughout with our questions and the variuos setbacks we had along the way. The entire transaction took 6 months in total, but she was with us all the way keeping us updated on product changes, next steps and checking in. Very much recommend her services if you are looking at mortgages/re-mortgaging.
