While the medical care at Wolfson Fertility Centre may be adequate, the communication leaves much to be desired. Every time we interacted with the team, we had to repeat our story from scratch, as if there was no continuity or awareness of our case. What was most disheartening was the complete absence of the consultant throughout the process—even through private contact. Absolutely loved it. Recently went for initial tests for potential IVF and instantly felt welcomed. Such lovely staff who were so thorough and helped me feel more positive about the prospects. Can't recommend this centre enough

The staff is amazing, especially Adama and Kerry. I really recommend them! From the beginning, they were very professional and paid attention to details. They quickly answered all my questions and made sure I felt understood and informed. It's rare to find a team that truly cares about their clients like they do. Thank you for making my experience so great! You are an asset to WFC!

Worst treatment I have ever received. After our IVF process we were left waiting 3 months for answers, despite me emailing and calling every week. Extremely unprofessional service, still no results, documents or correspondence to pass on to new clinic 9 months later and no updates on NHS app. Even PALS took over 3 2 months to respond. Diabolical service.
