I had a SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT ON 9/2/20 at 1045 to perform maintenance on my vehicle. I am a loyal customer and I have a platinum maintenance service card with *******************. When I got there I was told that this appointment will be for tire rotation only. I also asked to have inspection performed. I was told it will take 1.5 hours, which is ridiculous, if you run a good business. When I brought my Hylander in for 50K mile servicing they told me I need to replace the brakes and quoted $500+ for the job. I denied the service and brought the car to my local mechanic. He said that there was slightly more than 50% wear on the brakes and I had at least another 15K miles on them. The Service Dept. is there to make money, NOT to provide honest and reputable service to their customers. Not a trustworthy service department.
If you are looking to buy a new vehicle – stay as far away from Woburn Toyota as possible! Especially if you are a woman! There are a ton of other Toyota dealerships in the area to choose from. Even if you get a good quote, the price is not worth it to deal with their deceit and disrespect! My wife and I had a terrible experience at this location in fall 2019.
