Call the 92 days after purchase and they say the lemon law they have 3 times like there going to help. Make an appointment the first one didnt work for me I was ready the day I called. So it took them 8 days for an appointment that didnt work and then another 5 days for me to get an appointment finally. When I brought it in they took an additional 2 days to say what was wrong and get a price that I still thought they were covering. They price was 67 % of the purchase price. If you are looking to buy a new vehicle stay as far away from Woburn Toyota as possible! Rude, unprofessional staff using filthy and vulgar language with customers. There are other Toyota dealerships around. Even if you get a good quote, the price is not worth it to deal with their deceit and disrespect! My wife and I had a terrible experience at this location this week two days ago. Bought a brand spanking new truck from another Toyota dealership in ********* within one hour after leaving this stinking dealership in Woburn.

Last fall, I came in for a fuel pump recall repair for my 4runner, and I decided to have an alignment done while it was in. The alignment was $135 and when I left the shop, the steering wheel started shaking as I merged onto 93 South. It continued to shake at any speed over 40 mph. I went into Woburn Toyota with my 2014 ****** Sentra (I financed this car with this dealership) to fix an AC issue. I left my car there we processed all the paperwork so that way they can work on the car. They were still trying to figure out what was wrong with it but never called me back for any other issues. The price started to go up from $690 and so on. It is quite hilarious how when you call the dealership. You are greeted with a machine that states how quality customer service is their number one goal. I think I might have struck an ego with the sales manager or they are way to used to people coming in an accepting any price they want. I went in with my mother to look at a Toyota chr. Spoke with *** and her sales manager. With $7k down they were at $360 a month on the vehicle and they kept asking me "how close can you come to our number" because I told them thats way more... read more

Terrible experience multiple times. All started when I purchased my 2020 Rav4 in march of 2020. The sales manager **** made a rude comment to me about the price of my engagement ring when it came down to me not wanting to pay a certain price for the car. Completely unprofessional. I should have walked away then. I regret that I didn't. Had to take my car in for service not long after because the ** fan was making a loud noise. I own a 2016 highlander le plus. This year in September I began to notice a mildew type smell coming from the Highlander when I ran the ac. I tried the deodorizing cans to bring the fresh scent back, it did not work. Due to having issues with my wife's old Corolla and dads rav 4 with drainage tubes before, I immediately checked the rugs to see if they were wet. I had a SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT ON 9/2/20 at 1045 to perform maintenance on my vehicle. I am a loyal customer and I have a platinum maintenance service card with *******************. When I got there I was told that this appointment will be for tire rotation only. I also asked to have inspection performed. I was told it will take 1.5 hours, which is ridiculous, if you run a good business.
