Closed yet again in an afternoon! Why can’t you do staff training on the afternoons you are already closed instead of closing yet another afternoon. Of course that would mean using common sense which obviously seems to be lacking. If you had at least put it on your website it would help! Some of us work shifts, including nights, and therefore have limited times to get to the surgery or pharmacy. Looking after your patients…….nah don’t think so!!
