Appalling telephone staff, some of whom are completely disinterested and create long awkward silences.. They really shouldn't be employed in such a sensitive work place. The last thing you need when you are unwell, and after spending nearly an hour in the call queue, is someone who clearly doesn't care! Can never get to speak to the GP anymore, despite ringing every day to chase and sending them emails. They only have two speeds: slow and stationary! It's just not good enough!
