Fabulous staff in this lovely place, my brother is extremely happy and im always made very welcome on my weekly visits. Hes always given opportunity to go out everyday doing various things. I know both my parents would be very happy knowing he is so well cared for. I thank you all.
I have worked at without exceptions for many years .I have worked and still do with lovely staff and the service users are fantastic! It is a great family unit that goes that extra mile 👏
Great staff both friendly and professional, and a lovely home, our son is very happy here. He has lived here for a number of years now. Many staff gave been with him from the start, which is comforting knowing that our son is safe and with familiar faces. One big friendly family.
Our sister has been a resident for a number of years and is clearly happy and well looked after. The care and management teams are dedicated and build strong relationships with the service users, maintaining activities and providing a high level of care. If there are any issues, they will inform and update us, as next of kin, promptly and efficiently, ensuring that we are fully engaged with decisions for our sister's care.
A good working environment that supports staff with all necessary training to care for service users. I have no regrets working for this fantastic organisation.
