The service and care provided is absolutely brilliant, the carers are brilliant and brighten my day first thing in the morning. Nothing is any trouble and would recommend to anyone who needs care.
We decided to go with a different company than these, after notifying them of concerns we had due to various issues including a carer shouting at my mother who has Alzheimers, yelling at her. And various times they didn’t stay for the full time that was paid for. Especially today, the last day and the last visit which was for only 8 mins. Lack of professionalism in a company providing care. Not engaging with my mum, she has always been independent and was finding it difficult to cope with strangers in her home.
